Go to SiteSettings->Galleries->Themes
Download theme copy and modify it.
Rename and modify it and again as shown below-
Click Design tab ->Colors(on RHS)-> Create new theme color-
Make changes in colors.
Save that file as *.thmx as below.
Add here by Add new item.
Again Go to SiteSettings->Look and feel->Site Theme
Apply custom theme created.
